Congratulations on receiving your handmade dog sweater gift certificate! Furbaby Fashion Designer Kimberly DeVault is looking forward to creating something special for you and your dog.
Each custom WestieWear™ garment is designed to tell a story about the pup wearing it. Therefore, your gift includes a 15-minute, one-on-one consultation with Kimberly. This consultation is an opportunity to ask questions and share some key details about your dog so that we can design a sweater that is truly customized for your dog.
During this consultation, you will:
- Share a few key details
- Learn which Color Profile best suits your dog
- Select 3 colors from the WestieWear color palette
- Ask questions about getting measurements, selecting colors, the design process, and/or the finished sweater

While we pride ourselves for the gentle care and attention that goes into making each sweater, each item is meant to be worn, loved, and lived in.
Moreover, each garment is hand-crocheted using Premier® Anti-Pilling yarn. While selected primarily for its softness, this yarn is also highly durable and designed to hold up over time. In addition, we’ve tested Premier® yarn extensively to ensure every garment maintains its quality and appearance wash after wash.
While our pieces are machine washable, WestieWear™ garments do best with a little TLC. For this reason, we strongly recommend hand washing gently and laying flat to dry.
