Policy Rules | Starting a Return
Every WestieWear™ garment is handmade with care, and we want both you and your pup to love it. Because each garment is crafted to order, we handle returns a little differently than big-box retailers. Most importantly, we want you and your pup to love your WestieWear garment(s). As a small business, customer satisfaction is a priority. We do this work for the relationships; those that clients have with their pets, as well as the relationships we build with you. If there are any issues at all, we want to hear from you so that we can do our best to make it right. You can email kimberly@westiewearpack.com directly to share any issues, questions, or concerns.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Ready-Made Sweaters
Ready-made items may be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, and free of pet hair or odor. - Custom Orders
Each custom garment is handcrafted according to the measurements that were provided during the order process. If the finished garment matches those measurements, we may be unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, if the garment measurements differ from those submitted, we’ll provide a replacement and cover the return shipping for the original item. - Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are non-refundable - Gifts
We want all pet parents and furbabies to be happy in their WestieWear™ garment. If your garment does not meet your expectations or does not fit your pup,, please email kimberly@westiewearpack.com with an explanation of the issue. We will do our best to accommodate you and ensure you are delighted with your gift. - Return Requests
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and all eligible items must be received back within 30-days of delivery.
After 30 days from your purchase date, we’re unable to issue refunds or exchanges.
2. Exchanges
If your ready-made sweater doesn’t fit, we’re happy to help with an exchange for a different size when available. Return shipping for such exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the original item, we’ll refund your payment in full or send your replacement.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email kimberly@westiewearpack.com within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include a description of the issue, photos, and order information. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Please use a trackable shipping method so we can confirm receipt.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Email kimberly@westiewearpack.com, including the reason for return and a photo of the item (if applicable). You’ll receive a return authorization and mailing instructions.
